General

• Web based software as a service solution to offer and distribute content and use it for various business cases.
• Requires no software other than a recent webbrowser to operate.
• Compatible with recent versions of all major browsers (e.g. Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome)
• Depending on setup, campaigns are offered as website, html email, individual files contained in a campaign (eg. for use by an external flash player, direct link or similar)
• Regardless of any use, all campaign restrictions will be enforced at any time
• Aborted downloads are not counted as download

Dashboard

Campaign overview

• Overview splitted in following categories:
  Running / Upcoming / Expired / Active /Suspended /Expired
• Optionally only show campaigns belonging to a specific group
• At-a-glance per detailed campaign information:
  Start/End time, Campaign title, Downloads, Plays, Link clicks, Vouchers, , files in campaign and their download and stream limits as well as copyright status, Downloads and plays left, Facebook interaction
• Buttons: Delete, Edit, Suspend, Tools & Actions
• Campaign preview link

Campaign Options

Identity

• Group assigment
• Title
• Display / hide title option
• Definable adress tag (eg. http://yoca.do/yourtag)
• Automatic creation of tag if left empty (16 alphanumeric signs)

Content

• Media as downloads and streams (MPG, WAV, AIF, WMA, AVI, FLV, MOV, MPG, MP4, WMV)
• Streams are automatically created by YOCADO in the background (no need to stay logged in)
• Pictures as downloads (JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, TIF)
• Documents as downloads (PDF, ZIP, RAR, SIT, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, PPSX, PPS)
• Info fields (as HTML), to be created by full blown WYSIWYG Editor incl. use of text, pictures, links & flash files
• Each content part can be arranged using drag-and-drop
• Each content part can be assigned to a copyright status (due, free) for copyright accounting
• Each content part can be enabled to be displayed before a restriction is applied (eg. requirement of a voucher code), after, or before and after
• Each content part can be enabled to be downloadable, streamable (for media formats) or both
• Each content part can be enabled to include download and stream (for media formats) limits

Attributes

• Campaign language for user interaction (German, Formal German, English)
• Thumbnail meta image (eg. for facebook linking)
• Content description (eg. for facebook linking, twitter, etc.)
• Copyright information (eg. for use with copyright agencies)

Restrictions

• Time period (start, end, always incl. date and time) using date picker
• Refering domains and pages (multiple entries possible) to lock campaigns to certain referers
• Total download and stream limit for all campaign contents
• Geolock (lock campaign to certain countries)

Authorisation

• Access by submission of valid email adress
• Possibility to exclude selected domains from submission
• Possibility to limit submission to selected domains
• Access by submission of voucher code
• Any amout of voucher codes can be generated
• Voucher codes can be assigned to a info to be identified in reports (eg. 1000 vouchers with info “concert”, 1000 vouchers with info “free”)
• Access by becoming a facebook fan of s specified facebook page (ID or Page Title)

• Define content width (415 – 1024 Pixels)
• Selectable background image with option to set repeat pattern and position
• Selectable background webpage (URL) with campaign as movable window on top, window height

File Manager

• Can be called from within campaign content setup or from main menue
• Multiple file upload
• Media preview (audio and video)
• Initiate stream generation
• Thumbnail creation for image files
• View images as thumbnails or details
• Image rotate/resize option
• File rename/delete option
• Automatically sanitize filenames (remove spaces and illegal charaters for filenames)
• Blocks media files used in campaigns from deletion
• Transloading feature: Direct server to YOCADO transfer whitout the need to download to a local computer

 Statistics

• Available as pie chart (full pie = 100%)
• Available for filename, link, referer, city, region, country, provider, os, browser, download/stream speed in kb/s, date, time of day
  (availabilty of each option depends on nature of event, eg. clicking a link does not generate any download speed results)
• Available for Downloads, plays, link-clicks
• Per campaign or global (all of your yocado campaigns)
• Option to export as PDF

Reporting

• Definable report title (default to campaign title)
•  Available elements: Country, Region, City, Referer, File, Link, Browser language, Browser type, Operating system, Download/stream start/end duration, Download/stream speed in kb/s, IP, Provider, Filename, Link, Vouchercode, Submitted/sent email, Campaign title, Creator, Creator initials, Creator mail, Last updated
• Report elements to be included can be freely selected
• Report element order can be freely defined via drag and drop
• Per campaign or global (all of your yocado campaigns)
• Report outputs as HTML, CSV, XLS, PDF, XML

Email campaign

• All campaigns can be sent out as HTML email
